SPICY CHOCOLATE GOLD AWARD!!! Wellington Chocolates' Passion Fruit Truffle recently took a gold in the International Chocolate Salon's Spicy Chocolate competition.
Until late fall Wellington Chocolates will have chocolate bars (view here) and caramels available. They may be purchased directly through Wellington Chocolates or locally with listed businesses.
Changes came for all of us in 2020 and 2021. Wellington Chocolates is now specializing in customized chocolates for weddings, corporate events, employee gifts..... Boxed truffles will only be available with bulk orders on request and for special holidays / occasions. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be filled. Thank you for your business and I look forward to serving you.
Something new is in the works for Wellington Chocolates. I have made the decision to be a local chocolatier in Woodinville, so starting this autumn of 2017 I will no longer offer shipping for my chocolates. I apologize for the inconvenience to my customers who live far and wide – I so appreciate your orders through the years.
The chocolates I use are of the highest quality from producers around the world. I pair each choice of truffle center with the milk, dark or white chocolate that best enhances its flavor and all chocolates are made in small batches with close attention to detail.
I strive to use local Northwest ingredients where I can – honey from Duvall, raspberries from Carnation, Lavender from Woodinville, pears from the Cashmere valley in eastern Washington and Duchilly hazelnuts from Lynden.
Each major holiday, I offer something special. Some of my offerings include popping frogs and spiders at Halloween; large, hand painted turkey centerpieces (with caramel drumsticks) at Thanksgiving; a beautifully hand decorated Santa at Christmas; and during the Easter season you will find a large, Italian-style, filled chocolate egg and a basket-toting bunny with a spotted scarf.
Again, welcome to Wellington Chocolates, and I look forward to adding you to my family of loyal and happy customers!
